...I got all the information for the men’s department and examined names for specific categories. At that time, Matalan had a category called ‘leisure wear’, which got 44,000 searches, and which we changed to ‘loungewear’ – because that gets 1.4 million. If you name your category without this kind of information, you may be targeting a term that’s got significantly less traffic."
